I am no fan of the Pope either. Maybe if he would allow condom use to end the deaths of millions of Africans & the creation of millions of orphans in Africa, and then there are all those unwanted children born, millions of those too, all thanks to the Catholic Church. The lunatic Octomom is probably a Catholic or some other "Right-to-lifer" because she refused to destroy a few cells, rather than run the risk of multiple births & the disabilities & suffering that goes with them. Well I could rant & rave on that topic all day, but I won't. I don't even believe in reproductive technology at all for anyone. But not for the same reasons as the Pope. But because of health & saftey issues for both the mother & the child. If no drugs were used & there was no increased risk of multiple birth, then I think it might be ok. Those 8 infants may not even survive & I think it would be better if they didn't. They could end up blind, brain damaged (what we used to call retarded) and/or any number of other permanent health conditions. One of them only weighs a pound & a half & the largest is only 3 and a half pounds. When you think that a normal birth weight baby is 5 & a half pounds and the average is 7 & a half. Those infants are really fetuses, in terms of development. Sad sad story. I am going to try to find you on twitter to read some of your other ideas.
Best Wishes,
Eileen
the Hooley Queenmaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14794003102436683107noreply@blogger.com
